FAQ

Question: Are there case studies or testimonials available?

Answer: Yes. We like to review these on a call so that we can address your specific questions and give an expanded view of the specific case study and how it may apply to your situation. As a decision-maker, we know you prioritize ROI, cost savings, and measurable outcomes. Please schedule a call with us and we will assist you in building a compelling business case.

Question: Are you able to address security and compliance needs?

Answer: Absolutely. Security and compliance needs vary by client (e.g., HIPAA, PCI, HITRUST, GDPR). We can address your specific security concerns so there are no gaps in your security posture and address you compliance requirements. Microsoft Copilot has  enterprise-grade security and compliance features (e.g., integration with Microsoft 365’s data loss prevention policies) so you can rest assure that the security you want and need is available.

Question: Will the workshop uncover use cases that are truly unique to our workflows, or are they templated?

Answer: This is the primary intent of these workshops – to identify meaningful use cases for AI that are specific to your organization and, more importantly, specific to the unique needs and challenges for each department within your organization.  In these workshops we go well beyond the stock scenarios for AI that you encounter in the marketing literature and spend time understanding your organization and the various workflows in each department to then, collectively and collaboratively, develop bespoke uses cases for your various teams that are then tied to a specific and measurable outcome we can later measure and evaluate.

Question: What happens after the workshop? Is there implementation help, or is it purely advisory?

Answer: One of the workshop objective is that our clients understand, from a practical perspective, what a Copilot implementation looks like and what’s required in terms of time, resources and preparation.  Essentially, any Copilot deployment will involve two separate, but concurrent workstreams:  A technical data security workstream to ensure that Copilot is providing responses that are appropriate to the permission level of the user and an Adoption and Change Management workstream to train users on how to effectively work with AI for the use cases we identify in the workshop.

After the 2-day workshop, there is a final report that’s delivered and reviewed with our clients.  A significant portion of this workshop is dedicated to mapping out any next steps and getting consensus on those follow-on items (e.g. a Go/No Go decision to pilot Copilot, policy creation, etc.)

Question: How does the workshop address data governance, compliance, and Copilot’s access to sensitive information?

Answer: Any Copilot deployment will involve two separate, but concurrent workstreams:  A technical data security, governance and compliance workstream and an Adoption and Change Management workstream to train users on how to effectively work with AI in the workplace.  This workshop is primarily focused on the latter but does provide information and important resources on the Data Security, Governance and Compliance piece (e.g. there is considerable discussion around responsible use of AI and the need for the establishment of an AI council within our clients’ organizations).

For a much deeper discussion around Data Security, Governance and Compliance, there is a separate, program that will allow us to not just talk about what is right for your organization, but to actually carry out discovery and analysis as well.

Question: Is 4 hours over 2 days enough to generate meaningful insights and actionable plans?

Answer:  Yes, we are able to deliver meaningful insights and an actionable plan with the workshop commitment. While the workshop itself is 4 hours distributed over 2 days, there is preparation and coordination work that our team does before the workshop delivery and then analysis and report-writing that takes place after the workshops and which is reviewed in a 3rd and final meeting (~ 1 hour).

In our experience, the duration and amount of content and discussion provided during these workshops has been sufficient to; (a) non-disruptively bring a group of busy leaders and department heads together for collaborative sessions and, (b) provide enough input and understanding for our clients to decide whether a pilot is the next sensible step in their AI journey.

Question: What prerequisites must be in place before Copilot can be deployed effectively?

Answer: While the AI requirements will be discussed during the workshop, at a high-level a Copilot deployment will require:

  • Microsoft365 Copilot Licenses
  • Data Security Review
  • Adoption and Training Plan
  • Measurable KPIs and Outcomes tied to specific AI use cases (for evaluation)
